Vyebe is a free directory and set of resources. It is information, not advice, and using it does not create a working relationship between us.

Listings

A listing is not an endorsement. We do not employ, license or vouch for any company listed here. Check anyone yourself before you hire them or send them money.

Use of your business name, images and content in our marketing

By using our services, our software or this site, including by buying a service, claiming or submitting a listing, sending us a review, or uploading or sending us photos, video, logos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, adapt, edit and make derivative works from the following, in any media now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose, including advertising, marketing, promotion, case studies, demonstrations and reproductions:

• your business name, trade names, logos and trademarks, and your public business information, such as your website, location, services and listing details;
• photos, video and audio you upload or send to us, and photos, video and screen captures taken in the course of our services or through our software;
• reviews, ratings, testimonials and comments you give us or post about us, together with the name you gave them under.

You confirm that you own or have the right to grant this license for anything you send us. No payment is owed to you for these uses, and no approval of any particular advertisement is needed.

This license does not cover, and we will not use in advertising: (a) the personal information of your customers, or any phone number or SMS or text message consent, which we never sell and which are covered by our Privacy Policy; or (b) the face, voice or likeness of an identifiable person, which we use in advertising only with that person's signed written release, as California Civil Code §3344 requires.

Accuracy

Details change without notice. We fix what we are told about, and we do not promise that anything here is complete or current.

Your use of the site

Read it, use it, link to it. Do not copy it in bulk to rebuild it somewhere else, and do not use the contact details on it for unsolicited sales messages.

Links out

We link to other sites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they publish or do.

Limit on liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims taken together is limited to $800, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing here limits a right you have that cannot be waived.

Changes

These terms will change from time to time. The current version is always at this address, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
